Take a quick look at some samples in this short video.

#1  We connect you with new dental patients.

The whole reason you want to make dental videos for your practice is to find new patients. That’s the bottom line. We know you want results. Dollars spent on dentist video production need to translate into new people finding your practice. That is always the top goal!

Folks looking for a new dentist are usually:

1. New to the area
2. Have a dentist who is retiring
3. Are in pain or hate their smile and haven’t been to a dentist in years

Whether they’re actively searching for a new dentist or are reminded by one of your videos on Facebook that you can help them have the smile of their dreams, VIDEOS connect you with them like NOTHING ELSE.

If they find your website, the first thing they’ll look for is YOU and what you offer. If a video is prominently featured, people will check it out FIRST. The purpose of the video is for them to MEET YOU virtually. People can quickly tell a lot about you in a video – whether you’re friendly and approachable, whether you seem helpful and competent, and whether they’ll trust you in their mouths!

Website viewers are motivated to watch your video because they’re actively searching for dental services. However, if potential patients come across your videos through Social Media like Facebook or Instagram, the goal is to grab their attention and MAKE AN IMPRESSION FAST!

Facebook viewers are merely looking for something interesting. So, a short video highlighting a SOLUTION to a common dental problem like a crooked smile or toothache will indeed get their attention.

Once a person likes what they see they’ll call your office for the initial consultation and the rest is up to you!

#2  We guide you every step of the way

We understand you’re a dentist, not a video producer! We get it. You need an experienced professional who understands what you do and knows how to help you communicate that with potential new patients. Dentist videos are a great way to do that!

Having worked with hundreds of doctors producing thousands of videos, we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes a great dentist video.

First, we’ll talk about your goals and your needs with your new videos. Are they for your website, Social Media, or both? What are you wanting to accomplish? We’ll give you our best thinking on how to do that.

Next, we’ll set up a shoot date allowing for enough time to get the needed content, while respecting your office schedule and minimizing interruptions to patient flow.

We’ll determine if you want to be interviewed on camera or read from a Teleprompter and prepare accordingly.

Working with you or your office coordinator, we’ll help you plan out the day with the timing for each element. If you have testimonials we’ll tell you how long to allow for and give you tips to prepare them for the video shoot.

On the day of the video shoot, we’ll patiently be there every step of the way to ensure the day is a success.

#3  We’ll make you look like a ROCKSTAR

When a potential new dental patient watches your videos, our TOP GOAL is for them to LIKE YOU! It’s a proven fact that we choose a medical professional primarily because we LIKE them. Yes, being competent, skilled, and experienced are super important as well, and we help you communicate those aspects too, but the FIRST THING people size up is your “like-ability quotient”.

At Green Gorilla Video, we help you come across as relaxed and friendly to your audience during the video recording. We help you remember to smile and our conversational approach to the interview is like talking to a friend. Unless you choose to use our Teleprompter, forget about even looking at the camera! We are your audience and we want to hear about your practice and what makes it special.

Of course, it does no good to have a dentist who is friendly but lacks skill! And so we dive into not only why you love helping patients, but how you help, what your specialty is, and what training or background makes you qualified to help them.

Don’t worry about mistakes and messing up during the interview! We only use the best portions, removing “ahs” and “ums” where possible, and creating videos that put you in the best possible light. Remember, dentist video production is our speciality so you can rest assured.

If you explain something in too clinical a way using “doctor jargon”, we’ll help you rephrase it in laymen’s terms so your audience doesn’t get lost or confused.

#4  We help you educate your dental patients

New patients want someone they like and who will solve their dental problems. They may be in pain or want to improve their smile. Perhaps they have TMJ or sleep apnea and they need help with that. Maybe they have questions about particular procedures like veneers or dental implants. Dentist videos can address all those questions and concerns.

We work with all specialties Orthodontists, Prosthodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, Pediatric Dentists, and Cosmetic Dentists.

Dental educational videos are designed to answer questions and put you forth as “the Expert” who can solve their particular problem. They’ll see and hear you describe the issue and learn what causes it and what you can do to fix it.

These types of videos are especially good for Social Media, as they get the attention of potential patients who may be struggling with the problem but not sure where to turn.

Testimonial videos are also excellent for this purpose, as the viewer sees another person like them, who struggled with something similar, but is now happy to have the problem solved and grateful they found you to solve it!

Frequently Asked Questions

What does dentist video production cost?

The cost is based on the types of videos, the number of videos, and the length of the videos. Currently, we are offering a 6 Video Package for $4995. There may be an additional travel fee, based on your location. This is assuming that we are producing six videos with an average length of 1-2 minutes per video. Requests outside of this package description can be quoted.

How long will it take to get my dental videos?

It typically takes from 6-8 weeks from the time you schedule your video shoot till you get your edited videos. If you are on a compressed timeline it still may be possible to get them sooner. Contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do.

What if I want to use the Teleprompter and need help with scripting?

No worries! We can help you with that too. Either we will write your script and you can polish it up to sound like the way you communicate. Or, you can write the initial script and we can polish it up to be succinct, and ensure it will be well received by your audience. There is a small fee for script assistance.

What if I’m terrified of being on camera? Should I still try doing videos?

If that is the case we can minimize your on-camera portions and include more testimonials and clips from your office manager or someone in your office who presents well on camera. But the answer is yes.

What types of videos do you make for dentists?

We produce several types of videos.

The most popular is the Welcome to the Practice video which is an overview of the patient experience and service offerings.

Next is Patient Testimonial videos, which give your patients a chance to explain a common dental problem and then sing your praises as to how you helped them.

Procedure Explainer videos give you the chance to be the expert in the field, explaining a common dental problem followed by the procedure that will best address the problem. It includes visuals and talks about recovery expectations.

Meet the Dentist videos are designed to give the potential patient a glimpse into what makes the dentist tick. We look at why they are a dentist, what they love about the profession, what special training they have, and what their philosophy of patient care is.

15 and 30 Second Versions are simply shorter versions of the above videos, specifically tailored to the needs and constraints of Social Media platforms.

What areas of the country do you work in?

We are based in the Western United States, however, we travel all over the country doing dentist video production. We typically arrive the night before the video shoot and stay at a nearby hotel. On the day of the shoot, we try to be done by 4 pm and fly back home the same day.

Some locations are more expensive to travel to, thus the additional travel fee. We generally can avoid that fee altogether for dentists on the West Coast, but we try to keep any additional fees for dentists in other locations to a minimum. We disclose all fees upfront in the initial proposal.

Some of our favorite places to travel to include Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Jose, Anaheim, Newport Beach, Sacramento, Boise, Reno, Seattle, Dallas, Austin, Salt Lake City, Orange County, Columbus, Indianapolis, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Denver, Cleveland, Nashville, and San Diego
